My name is Alison Crossland, I’ve been a healing arts practitioner since 2008, when I completed an 800-hour training program at the Santa Fe School of Massage in New Mexico. Over the years, I’ve deepened my practice through a wide range of trainings in intuitive healing modalities, always weaving this knowledge into each session.

In 2014, I completed a specialized course in biodynamic craniosacral therapy in Berkeley, further expanding my ability to support the body’s natural intelligence and healing capacity.

My mission is simple: to help people feel more at home in their bodies and more present in their lives.
